Varadarajan, Chairman and Managing Director as Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. October 21, 2009 without any change in his remuneration And Sri. Vinod Narsiman, Chief Executive Officer as Managing Director w.e.f. October 21, 2009 without any change in his remuneration.
